Dearest Tamim, This message is for your father I hope you will visit
him and let him know that there are so many people to take care of his son
and above all Allah the almight who gave you life and then called you back
to Him as you are his pupil and now He will take care of you. Now he has
to be with his family, his daughters as in this world your father is
responsible for their upbringing and well being. He must keep in touch
with you but he should not neglect his duties. I don't want to say this
but I have to as I don't him to miss someone else like he is missing you.

قال الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: "أرواح الشهداء في حواصل طير خضر، تسرح في الجنة حيث شاءت". وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: "الشهيد لا يجد ألم القتل إلا كما يجد أحدكم ألم القرصة"اللسعة"
قال العلماء: المراد بشهادة هؤلاء كلهم، غير المقتول في سبيل الله، أنهم يكون لهم في الآخرة ثواب الشهداء، وأما في الدنيا، فيغسلون، ويصلى عليهم" ."وبيان هذا، أن الشهداء ثلاثة أقسام: شهيد في الدنيا والآخرة، وهو المقتول في حرب الكفار، وشهيد في الآخرة دون أحكام الدنيا، وهم هؤلاء المذكورون هنا، وشهيد في الدنيا دون الآخرة، وهو من غل من الغنيمة أو قتل مدبرا".
وعن عبد الله بن عمر: أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "يغفر الله للشهيد كل ذنب، إلا الدين". ويلحق الدين مظالم العباد مثل القتل، وأكل أموال الناس بالباطل، ونحو ذلك.
انتهى كلام الشيخ
وبناء على هذه الفتوى نقول إن القتلى فى حوادث الطائرات والسيارات والغرقى يأخذون حكم الشهداء من ناحية الأجر والثواب فى الآخرة وهذا بنص حديث النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم ونكل أمر سرائرهم ونياتهم إلى الله عز وجل والله أعلم
